This is the most horrible healthcare experience I’ve had in my life. The billing is a nightmare. The doctors office is completely separate from billing. I called to get a no-insurance appoint quote and was told $290 for a 15 minute appointment.nnI agreed, showed up and paid upfront. I asked for an itemized bill at the appointment, they said call billing tomorrow. I called, voicemail and no returned call. I tried several more times unsuccessfully. Finally I felt that it was over with.nn5 weeks later I get a bill that they want another $97 with no explanation at all. I call, they tell me they can’t do anything so email.nnI email, it takes 3 days for each response. They tell me I just need to pay, never a reason given. I called the doctors office, always voicemail and they never return my call.nnThe doctor was not very helpful even despite the insane fees and disorganized process.nnI was planning a $50k birth here, cancelling and moving to Kaiser.nnFOR THE LOVE OF GOD, AVOID THIS SHADY BILLING HELLSCAPE NIGHTMARE!!!nnTHEY BILL YOU AFTERWARDS ANY PRICE THEY FEEL LIKE!!
