The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I've been shopping at this store for many years so I've know important it is to the large community of pet owners.
The associate who helped me was very professional and personable. The reason I rated it a 7 is because you were completely out of my dog's food brand and the other two items I was looking for I couldn't find. Generally I find everything I need in your store.
The workers are very nice! Especially the manager Jolie? I’m not sure about her name but you can tell she cares about animals and helping people with animals, as well as the other ladies there. I’ve been coming here for five years and they consistently are there for our animals.
Took forever to get any help with the fish and when I did the lady that helped us out was rude. She also dropped one of the fishes were gonna buy on the ground. The only thing that saved this trip was the cashier and her friendly atmosphere. I'll be going back to petamart after this experience.
Why is Petco a great pet store? Simple - if your pet does not like the pet food or toy you just bought, Petco will accept the return many days later without giving you grief as oppose to other stores, including Amazon.
