Organized, tidy, friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and found everything I needed quickly. Great selection on pet supplies . . . From fish and hermit crabs, to cats and dogs. Thank you Petco!
As a pet supply store for dogs and cats, it is wonderful. I've subtracted a star as they do not have enough products for the small animals they cruelly keep and sell. They really should stop selling the fish, guinea pigs, and reptiles, the store employees dont know enough about them to properly care for them, or answer customers questions correctly.
I needed to get more treats for my dog. This store had what I wanted. The clerk at the cash register was very friendly and out going. Very pleasant experience.
Quick in and out even though they had a line, as soon as employees saw a line was building they stopped other things and hopped on registers to get people in and out. All employees were friendly.
I waited as the only person in line and employee wasn't paying attention. I reach 4 feet to my right to crab catnip. This family cut in front of me and did not even ask if I was waiting. Cashier took them blowing me off. 10 min later I am still in line same my family having issues. This cashier has had issues in past checking people out.
