A lovely little bar on one of the slower blocks of Irving. The eponymous fire is in the wall opposite the bar, and gives off a gorgeous red glow, which is a stroke of design brilliance. My date and I sat at the bar by the window and spent a few hours people watching, and I think we were both glad our bartender had a heavy wrist. Tread lightly with a Fireside screwdriver, they pack a wallop.

Great spot for cocktails. I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed by my selection. It does rotate somewhat seasonally, which is always nice.nnIt's got a great vibe with impeccable decorations, blending in nicely with its setting of the lobby of an old financial building. I only take a star off because it's not a really a destination for more than one drink. It is SUPER popular for a post-work drink, where you will have a hard time finding a spot to sit and it's quite loud (though honestly this is true for most bars in the immediate area). I've also gone after dinner, and this is truly the best time to go if you want a more chill vibe. Unfortunately because of the location, last call is about 10 PM or so - once again really only able to enjoy one drink.nnIf you're looking for an early-night cap, this is your spot!

cool space and great cocktails, it's always nice when the bartender makes exactly what you are looking for,I also have the pork sliders which were really good.

Food was so appetizing. Service is typically above par. It has an awesome atmosphere. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

Space is a bit too small for the amount of people they pack in during HH, but fun for a sneaky cocktail during the afternoon
