Had an absolutely lovely visit. From the front staff to Tanya the groomer. They were super loving and caring to my wild furry baby (who is a senior German Shepard) and I was very pleasantly suprised how clean he came out. Had to book my next appointment! Loved the care for my babyud83dudc15
I usually like going to this petco but the customer service is not very good there are usually about 2 people there, one at the register and one that comes out every so often sometimes I don't even think people work there because you can never find an employee. Recently I went to buy a fish and had to ask the lady at the register for help, she said she would page someone to help me but 10 minutes later and nobody came so I asked again and nobody came once more. I ended up asking about 3 times and got no service and I ended up just leaving.
Service is great! But quite a bit of dead aquarium fish (which is what I usually go there for) can be seen in the tanks, which is not usually a good sign of customers. However, Bettas seem to be exceptionally well cared for,
Took our very hyper Maltipoo for his first grooming and we were very happy with the results. The groomer was so patient with him and did a great job!nShe gave us some suggestions and we are set up for his next “spa” day!
Great grooming service and experience just wish the groomers counter & entrance got as much love as the register area & front entrance. You would not know they had a grooming salon & great customer staff hiding back there ud83dude09... but they do & Cher S. kept her word, my dog, looked & smelled AMAZING, go on, treat your’s to their mud bath package!!
