Probably one of the worst places to place an order for your puppy online. I've already had 3 bad experiences ordering from this store only now. 3rd time was a charm for me. Never shopping here again. I recommend you go to petsmart or another store.
The floor team member was very knowledge about reptiles. She taught us some facts, informed us of upcoming opportunities to save on a purchase of one and even have us a printed educational brochure about them. I am so impressed, that I have made my mind to purchase one from the same site because I am confident they can help set me up correctly and for a fair price.
This Petco is always very clean and has great stock on the shelves. The pets that are there always look very well-cared for. The sales associates are always very helpful and there's never a long wait at check out.
I was greeted upon arrival from the cashier who was also assisting someone. On my way to the dog food section, an associate greeted me and asked if I needed help. I didn't need any help, but was appreciative that I was acknowledged. All the staff that I encountered acknowledged me first and were very nice.
Has the items i need in stock and great customer service always willing to help
