Excellent views, amazing staff, a good variety to choose from on the menu. A little pricey, but you’re paying for the view and it’s worth it. The service was top notch, from the host, to the server, to the server assistants. Love it and will be back!

The food and atmosphere is great and the view of the lake is breathtaking. We go here almost every ski trip.nThis visit, however, inspired me to take the time to rate and review the restaurant. We had the most sweet, efficient, attentive, conscientious and food allergy knowledgeable server ever! KUDOS TO YOU KORAL!!! Thank you so much for an absolutely perfect dinner after skiing! Riva Grill is a must if you’re in South Lake Tahoe!.nAs you see in my posted pictures this is a view you get if you go to this nice restaurant. You see the lake from the restaurant and you can go closer as you see I got closer to the lake to take a picture.nThe chicken wings with the homemade sauce was delicious!!!!!! I loved it and enjoyed my meal there. Highly recommend coming here with your spouse & family.

Everyone in my group loved their food except me. The lobster bisque was.... off. But they happily offered something else and we had a good time. Really nice atmosphere and gorgeous lake-view.

Caught between trying to be a high end restaurant and a regular bar and grill. Need to decide which way to go. Food price is on the higher end, which would be expected if service was there. but service is lacking based on the quality of waiters/waitresses. Had to wait almost 7 minutes to be approached and brought a glass of water and asked what I wanted to drink. A refill glass of wine took over 10 minutes to arrive. And I was there early with a 5:30 reservation. Had to ask to move outside because the cackling and giggling of the waitresses in the back right corner opposite the bar was too much.nnOverall okay experience. Need to decide to class it up or just make it a bar and grill.nnAlso, less relevant but contributing to the issue: these neckties the waiters and waitresses are wearing: go to the dirty myrtle beach to fit in. Does not go with restaurant theme in the least!
