I was running low on dog food and in the waiting room for an appointment. I went online and ordered 3 bags for curbside pick up. My order was ready in 30 minutes so I was able to pick up directly after my appointment. I pulled up to the front of the store, called, and they brought it out. They loaded it into my van and we were on our way home. Friendly and fast!

It is winter in Wisconsin and while I needed pet supplies and gifts my one year old Jack Russell terrier also hadn't been out for her regular long walks in at least a week. It was great to shop and have her able to smell around and enjoy seeing other people and other dogs. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. My pup even had an accident and I started to clean it up, but then the really helpful and friendly employee offered to take care of it for me. I will be back for sure!

The employees at the Delafield WI store are amazing! They all go above and beyond, they all deserve a raise!! And they always have new things in aquatics!! Keeps me coming back!!

It is nice to have a local brick and mortar store. Nice that dogs are allowed.
