Your staff member by the name of Timmy was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable. My son & I came into the store clueless. He helped us from the beginning to the end. We left there with everything we needed for our new fish tank. I will ALWAYS shop at this store as long as this kid works there. Great personality as well and was more than happy to help. Milwaukee WI. Greenfield area location.
POOR MANAGEMENT!!! They do NOT train individuals to do their jobs, they insist you know what you’re doing. Instead of training their employees, they fire them, but wait a few days to do so. So that they look good. Not to mention having the worst attitude. If you can’t handle being a manager, step down, or hopefully someone steps up and fires you! Rest of employees do their best to their knowledge. Had a few incidents over the last year, where staff doesn’t know about their products.
All the employees I encounter with was extremely professional. My Yogi Bear and got her nails clipped they did it extremely quickly. And gave me great advice
I took my dogs in for a VetCo visit and all I can say is that I wish there were more people in the world like Timmy! My one pooch had a few accidents and he cleaned them up like it was no problem. And let me tell you it was a mess. Timmy is the bomb! Thank you!n.
Took my cat for her shot. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff from Petco was helpful finding a certain food.
