Excellent customer service by Alex who was very patient. As soon as I walked in, I was waited on so impressed with number of sales people working since I walked in shortly behind someone else and there were 1 or 2 other patrons there before us.

Jacob was absolutely amazing !! We have never bought new balance before , he was extremely knowledgeable!! We not only bought one but two pairsnAnd order more to have shipped !! Top notch customer service went above and beyond !! Thanks for making it so easy to shop !!

Great service! Needed just metatarsal pads, for now. Manager and Asst Mgr so helpful, sound advice. I won't go anywhere else when I need new shoes.
