This place is Awesome!! Great selection of fresh water fish! Staff is friendly and very helpful. I will continue to shop there for all my fish. I just bought 5 Iridescent sharks and I love them.

We have purchased fish here that have (2/3 times) died pretty quickly... same with the plants...nWe also put a deposit down on a puppy on a Thursday. Come Friday, when the vet comes (once a week?) the puppy doesn’t pass her visit for a skin infection. I had to call and track someone down for fifteen minutes of continuous calling before someone picked up the phone.nWe are told they had another puppy that had the same issue the week prior and was all better to go home with their family within a week, and that our puppy was being put on antibiotics and a wash and should be better within the week. We saw the rash, it wasn’t bad. We visited her at the store every other day, every chance we can get to monitor the skin infection. We are VERY familiar with dogs and skin rashes. It was slowly looking better, but not if proper care was being performed.nCome the following Friday (8 days after putting the deposit down) I have to call and yet again track down someone on the phone to see if they passed her. We live an hour away and was not going to drive down yet again and waste gas both ways to be rudely turned away again. She failed her inspection AGAIN. I got the most RUDE and SARCASTIC response back from the guy at the desk!!! They expected us to wait another week and hope that her skin would be better when they weren’t taking proper care of her. You expect different results when the same thing isn’t working?nWe are paying a huge fee for a 9 week old puppy that we didn’t get til close to her 11 week birthday. We had to convince them that we understood she had a skin infection and would care for it. We have had her for six days and only a couple days after having her, the skin infection looked ten times better than it did after they supposedly cared for it at the pet store for a week. The pet store didn’t even have her antibiotics at the store and we had to wait three days before we could get them because the employees at the store didn’t bother to get it filled Friday, knowing she had failed her inspection and needed it that night, and they weren’t going to bother picking it up til Monday.nI’m also pretty sure the puppies are hit in the store. My puppy, now that she is home, is showing signs of abuse. The puppies that sit all day in cages in front of a glass window in that store aren’t properly cared for, I wouldn’t be surprised if they added hitting them to the mix...nshe has made so much progress in the six days we have had her. And I’m glad she is home and away from that store. We will not be recommending this pet store for ANY services it offers, and will rather caution people AWAY from the store.

Today I went to the dog store and I wanted to show my mom the puppies with a video (since she was in the car.)but the the lady kindly said not to take and pictures.Becuase someone said the pets where abused or something.She ranted about this and that.I'm only 11 so this was pretty weird to talk to a stranger like this.They were nice people about it though. there puppies are cute and so little! But next time you workers might want to think about age after all did I look like a Karen to you?

My experience at the Fishbowl has always been absolutely outstanding one of the employees especially is kind caring and compassionate one of the few pet stores that I have been to that carry a ton of different types of fish every fish I've got in the Fishbowl Has lived till this day several years later. Just gave an excellent review to Best Buy thinking it was the fish bowl. Oops

To everyone who takes the time to read reviews, please do not support pet stores that sell puppies purely for profit. This “pet store” needs to be shut down. After reading all the horrible reviews online, on social media, and the videos along with pictures of these poor puppies and their living conditions I think it’s very clear something finally needs to be done to give all those puppies currently there a great home and stop them from purchasing more from puppy mills. If you are not familiar on the definition of a puppy mill, please research it. Take a good look at what is happening to these puppies and the mothers that are literally bread to death and thrown out like trash. I am horrified that this place has passed “inspection” for as long as it has. Which I’m sure the term “it’s all about who you know” plays part into it. This needs to be addressed. Especially after reading about multiple people seeing signs of abuse. I have dogs of my own and can’t imagine what these puppies are experiencing. Let’s be their voice.
