Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I got a small chicken breast and my sandwich was barely warm. Fries were ice cold. Waitress came over maybe 3 times in total. A guest was continually coughing without covering and left the table multiple times without a mask, which made my table uncomfortable considering that we're in a pandemic. None of the employees said anything, and you could tell all of the guests wanted the customer to leave.
The thing that I liked most is the size of the dining area. It is huge! Very clean, waitress was very nice and I will be back ud83dude42
My boyfriend and I come in all the time, the server frank is amazing, always in a great mood, always persistent with an amazing attitude.
Our quick visit after the mall turned into 2 hours of disappointment. Waitress claimed they were short staffed. Ordered sodas and waters. Never got waters. Ordered 1 wings app, 1 kids meal and 1entree. App was brought out as entree, while actual entree was forgotten about and never ordered with the kitchen. App wings were cold and sent back. Kids meal was wrong and sent back TWICE! Entree finally came and it was loaded with peppers rings that were covered in seeds making it almost inedible. Togo wings were ordered. Brought to table missing side of celery/carrot/dip. Bill came, I was charged twice for an item. No manager visit or explanation. Nothing offered to resolve issue. Just us playing the waiting game the whole time. Paid bill. Left tip. And will NEVER EVER be back.
Been a fan of the chain since I lived in WA State. Since moving back to RI this fall, I ordered delivery a handful of times. First order, wings resembled and tasted like boiled wings with sauce on them. Thought it may just have been a fluke; ordered a few more times and wings were good, except for my last order. All was as expected, but I received rotten and mushy celery with my order. Please have employees verify freshness of veggies before delivery.
