Service was fantastic and food was great. Prices a little more than expected but worth it. No wait to get a seat at the bar and the bar staff were the best, courteous and knowledgeable. The lobster roll and stuffed clams are phenomenal.
Had a caesar salad with grilled chicken. It was very tasty. The server was very responsive the my empty glasses of diet coke. The restaurant was very accommodating to us after my uncles funeral
Clam cakes are fantastic and half the hassle of going to the beach. Be specific with utensil needs if ordering takeout & not going right home to eat tho!
I had Chelo's cater my wedding this fall and they were absolutely amazing. Not only was the food so delicious they were so professional. We had to find a caterer 6 weeks out from our wedding day on columbus day weekend. They were available due to a cancellation and we super helpful with picking things out and even snuck in a tasting to make sure we liked all the food. Overall I cannot say enough good things about them. They did exceptionally well in a pandemic. Highly recommend them for your wedding.
When I love a place I always give 5 stars. I actually had amazing clam chowder here and delicious crab cakes their specialty. My 2 reasons for 4 stars is they put my order on an acquaintances bill without ever asking me. She had left and didn't realize it. Not good on the waitress part for assuming putting it on one bill. I ended up getting cash from an ATM and paying the other person back from work the next morning and it cost me $4 at the ATM. We were not close friends and I knew I'd likely never see her again. Always ask about the bill. Do not assume. Also, I waited a very long time for anyone to even acknowledge me there or take my drink order at the very least. I was sitting directly at the bar while being walked past many times. The manager there treated us well.
