Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Easy quick access... Has 2 drive thru's, line, if any,moves quickly... Well lighted area for personal security.. easy access from Bald Hill Rd...or College Hill Rd... personally, a Great Banking History, going back to Industrial National Bank, InBank, Fleet Bank, and now Bank of America... No matter the name changes, always a Sound Savings and Lending Institution...for me personally, and all the clients I have referred them to, over many years of business...

DO NOT BANK HERE! Always the worst banking experience of my life. Unhelpful, difficult to accomplish anything, corporate America at it's finest. I've always given the benefit of the doubt here but, after multiple years of mistreatment and unprofessionalism the camel's back is officially broken. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good riddance.

The above review was for the teller I dealt with last week. The teller Jarrod that I interacted with today was the utmost professional & courteous. The other employees should take lessons from Jarrod on how to interact with customers. I’ve changed my review to reflect my great experience this afternoon. He delivered 5 star service!

always understaffed and lines out the door while multiple employees are just standing around. Hire more tellers and consider opening up a business line as we cannot use the ATMs

I hardly write reviews but the teller/manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. After seeing other reviews this is a frequent problem yet he's still employed. I came to this location to cash a check today and the manager made numerous comments regarding what the check was for when it is none of his concern. After 10 minutes he told me that he could not cash the check because he could not verify the account holders signature. Luckily, the account holder was outside. The teller/manager also gave him a hard time after showing his license and bank card the the manager made him go get his phone to verify the text pin. I have never had such a horrible banking experience and now you lost two customers!
