Picked up shoes for my husband and when I got home we decided that we needed a size larger. I called the store to see if they were available and the girls there went out of there way to help. They sat them aside and the exchange was easy . No problems. In and out.
Good selection and the staff was very helpful.
I normally do not leave reviews especially when it’s a negative one. However, I feel my recent experience warranted a review. When I got to the store, the girls said their usual hellos and was not really helpful after that. I did not mind because this is how most experiences are these days at various departmental stores. The negative experience occurred when I went to check my things out. She requested for a phone number and since I had not shopped there in the US, I proceeded to sign up for their VIP offers. After everything was completed, she started explaining the offer to me. I got distracted and had assumed it was a credit card and I kindly told her I will pass. With a confused look on her face, she acted as if I was speaking a foreign language...kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. At this point, she became very condescending and spoke to me in a manner unfit for anybody. I decided to accept the offer anyways because I wanted to leave the place. This lady then shoved my things to me and did not even bother to place them in a bag. I did not have the energy to ask her for one and took them with the intention of NOT returning there ever.
Love me some DSW ...great prices and customer service.
The reason I only gave this store 3 stars is cause,, !!! Love the shoe styles ,BUT ,BUT,BUT ,, NEVER CAN FIND A WOMEN'S SZ11 ,, SO WHATS THE POINT OF GOING IN WHEN ,NO CHANCE OF FINDING MY SZ. PLEASE CARRY MORE SZ11 FOR THE BIG FEET ,LADIES !!!
