Great and professional staff. never had any problems or delays. Never had any communication issues as well.
I manage Mr. Perfume and more in Boardman Ohio. Our banck account is with chemical bank. Yesterday which 11.22.2019 i had a call from a customer lookibg for perfume to purchase over the phone using his credit card. Since the amount was so high $ 1176. I told him to call back within 2 hours because i was busy. I calledncanfield branch asking for the manager to see if she can assist me by seeking her professional advice if i should make the sale!!! The teller told me she will turn the message to the bank manager so she can call me back. I told the teller it was very important for the manager to call me at the shop. It's been almost 30 hours and yet to get the phone call. I am not happy at all.
