I HAD THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!! THE HEIRLOOM TOMATO GRILLED PEACH. I HAD A RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE HERE. i genuinely am so thankful for this restaurant i will never forget it. our waiter matt t was also one of the best waiters i’ve ever had. i’m not even just saying this because i was in a good mood because i WASNT i was exhausted and grumpy! and this meal brought me back up to joy and love in the world during these dark times. god bless the abbey. i’m coming back tomorrow.

“Ma’am we’re having significant wait right now and I’ll have to ask you to leave.” This happened yesterday when I caught up with a friend that I haven’t seen for month and we were forced to leave before 6 pm. You could’ve said it nicely with some smile. You could’ve give us an early notice. You could’ve apologize before you kick us out. NOTHING. I’m really disappointed at this place especially during these difficult times when social interaction is so valued and when everyone else is trying to be NICER.

Let me just say that today the service was horrendous. This was my second time here and the first time the service was good, but today it was the polar opposite. I was ignored for most of the time and then when it was about to close, I was rushed to order my food and beer. I told the waitress about this and she covered my beer, but then while I was eating my food, I was just handed the check without even being asked if I wanted anything for last call. I’m under the impression that servers are supposed to ask that question before handing the customer their check. I couldn’t order one last drink I wanted to order. I don’t think I’ll be going to this place and I’m going to recommend to others that they avoid it.

Way overpriced, and they told us it would be a half hour wait and then had us waiting for literally 2.5 hours. I don't mind a wait for outdoor seating, but they genuinely didn't put us on the list even though we asked 3 different people.

I thought the food, ambiance, and drinks here were great. I think the first floor is better than the lower floor and it would be better I think if there was a legit hostess stand/information on how to get seated upon entrance.nnI think everything we ordered came out excellent and all the drinks were wonderful. We showed up on New Years Eve and were able to sit down easily and order.nnDefinitely interested in coming back.
