The staff are always friendly and adore my dog. I especially love how they ask if my pup can have food before giving him anything (my pup has allergies). I pass a few pet shops on the way to this store but we drive the extra distance because they are so amazing.
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Zac, Melissa, Jeff, along with all of the other amazing employees, have truly gone above and beyond in working with us to get our senior cat on a new diet that is more appropriate for his newly diagnosed CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). Their care and concern for his well-being, as well as ours, as we navigate this very scary and heartbreaking stage of his life, is GENUINE and we are so grateful to all of them.
Great service. Nice people. Decent selection, including things you have never seen in the big box stores.
Still haven't gotten the dog for the things that I bought the but they were very helpful with what food would be best for a dog coming from the humane society also got the new dog coupons!
Amazingly friendly place who truly loves animals!
