Spoke to one of the associates at the Solon branch who was very rude and did not want to help me....I kept asking questions but she just kept telling me I have to call customer service....why do I have to call customer service? Do they not want to take the time to help or listen to my questions? Very poor customer service and if the lady was having a bad day....go home!!!

I've always had a good experience here. Sometimes, there is a wait, but the service is excellent.

Employees are clueless about the account details. Each tells a different thing. If you want to access your lock box they will try a whole bunch of keys before they actually find the right one every single time. Very frustrating!
