Good experience on a busy afternoon. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was kind and welcoming. The banker was efficient and courteous. The mask and distancing policy was in effect.
This branch had customers without masks talking in the lobby. Chase staff said it was fine.
Different explanation from the online helpdesk. It is a waste of time to go there.
I came in with a very frustrating situation that I felt nobody could help me with, but I was overwhelmed by the support and validation I received from the personal banker that I dealt with.
