I have my personal mortgage, as well as mortgages for a few rental properties, through Perpetual Federal Savings Bank. I have been consistently impressed with how easy they are to work with. One of the big selling points for me is that they issue mortgages as bank investments — in other words, they hold the debt for the life of the loan, and don't sell the mortgages to other banks or to Fannie and Freddie. This means your loan servicing won't change. Also, it's super easy to get a friendly human being on the phone without navigating an obnoxious corporate phone tree. I will continue banking with Perpetual Federal Savings Bank for the foreseeable future.

Perpetual Federal is a fine, upstanding bank with many years of reliable service to stand on. My family and I have been with the bank for decades and we trust them with our farm, our savings, and anything else we need. You should look no further than Perpetual Federal.
