Was referred to the store by the leather shop and the incredible craftsman in the shop repaired my purse on the spot, charged a minimal amount and I loved the friendly service, and the awesome work! They will even repair things that you ship them.

Superb craftsmanship. Bill has restored several shoes for me over the years. His attention to detail and ability to revive a set of shoes is at times better (much better!) than buying new. He recently restored a pair of dress shoes for me and my favorite pair of summer boat shoes. You simply can’t find a more skilled shop around.
Took in a expensive riding boot. Spur rest was riveted on. They were made from different sizes of leather and do not match the other boot. The rivets rubbed my heal. Stitching from new zipper was unevenly stitched . a adhesive was used that rubbed onto a expensive pair of riding breeches and it will not come off. Toe cap was not stitched on straight. Very slip shoddy work. Do not take good shoes or boots there. Steps are steep n treacherous goin down to the shop.
Fixed my moms shoes. Great price. Cant wait to tear up another pair so I can return!
