Nice area to bathe your fur babies with a variety of different shampoos, including a hypoallergenic one. Saves us from cleaning up our bathroom after letting the doggies run wild and free at grandpa's house. Hose bath outside is too cold sometimes. The staff is always very nice to us as well!
They have a great selection of pet products that are very organized and neat. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and helped me pick out the right grooming supplies I'd need.nThey also have a self dog wash area that we take advantage of occasionally. They provide towels and shampoo.
Everyone is friendly here and helpful. I love going here and very competitive price too. Specially with the 10 bags dog food deal and you get a free one at the end. Plus, I get $10 off every month for purchase over $50, which is easily used with a 30 lbs bag of food and a bag of treat. It's like a free treat. Ended up being way cheaper than amazon or other stores. My toddler loves going here too to see fish, birds and cats.
Excellent customer service!! Everyone here seemed to actually love their job and were extremely helpful. I'm from Williamsburg and called at least 6 different stores looking for guinea pigs. I called petsmart in Mason and they had only two but wouldn't put them on a hold for me (I had to get the kids and myself dressed and out the door) I was afraid I would drive 45 min for them to be gone, so I called around some more and found 2 at this location. They were more than willing to help me out and placed both guinea pigs on hold. When I got there they knew who I was and had them all ready to go! Even helped pick out the proper food and hay. Thanks for making my kids day!
Been there multiple times and staff are very friendly and helpful. I can always find anything I need for my pet. Highly recommend for pet supplies shopping affordable prices.
