Pricy, but you'd expect that with the quality of the boots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not have my size in a few different boots, but found one I really liked.
The child that was there working had no business being left alone to cover the store. He had zero knowledge of any of the boots nor did he make an attempt to find out the answers until I asked if he has literature about them. They also must not have much stock at all because out of 3 different boots that I asked to try, they didn't have any in stock.

Extremely helpful and pleasant! Unfortunately the boots I needed were backordered until late October. They are American made and the factory did not reopen until mid August! I ordered what I needed, got the promotional $30 off and they will ship them to me! Definitely do business there again!
The guy who helped me (I assume the owner) was very nice and extremely professional.
