I would like it if the store kept more rabbit food in stock, but I realize they probably don’t get a lot of customers for it. Emily was very helpful and we loved petting and giving a treat to Teddy the dog.
I love this store, emily was very helpful & her dog is so cute!
Love this place!! Super easy to stop in and grab food for my dog and cat that aren’t sold at other pet stores without needing to order online. I spend most of my week working in an office during business hours, but have received awesome over the phone and in person service, and I’m in and out in five minutes when I stop in on the weekend. Thanks for a safe and helpful experience during these weird times, when people can be less understanding and less patient than usual. :)
I can always find what we need for Stella at Loyal Companion. I had a very nice visit with the very helpful Emily today. She has the most delightful sidekick who will steal your heart away. His name is Teddy. Here's a picture of Stella
While Loyal Companion is definitely more expensive then other pet stores, you can't beat their customer service! Paul and Andrew were both knowledgeable and personable. I often shop here when trying new products as I know the staff will have experience with them.
