Take my high strung pup and are able to trim him free of mats etc without him throwing a fit :)

My dog got his hair cut too short due to a miscommunication amongst schedulers and groomer. The owner took responsibility for the issue and gave us a refund. I’m not sure if we’ll go back but I will credit the owner for being very professional.
