Very good people nice and friendly
I came through the drive thru to get a cashier check because they are who I bank through. Since the coronavirus I have always came through the drive thru because I am in contact on a daily basis with grandfather whom is 87 and I would prefer to not walk in if I Don’t have to. The lady working the drive thru told me I had to come in. I told her that I always do it this way. She came back and said she would do it this time but going forward I would have to come in. She then didn’t fill out the check right so I had to come in anyways and Maria was at the front desk and didn’t seem to care much about anything. I will be switching my bank and would not recommend anyone here any more after the experience today. At least not to the Harrison location.
The branch manager we spoke to was wonderful. His name was Rick. I went in with my mom to get details about a LOT of different transactions in her bank account for some paperwork we had to fill out. He had us come in his office and tell him everything we needed and he wrote it all down. He spent a really long time pulling different dates and then going over each one with us after printing each one out for our records. He was very patient and made an extremely stressful situation much easier to navigate. ud83dude42
