The bank teller lady was very nice and knowledgeable. Felt bad I didn’t catch her name but they had nationwide check system down and she helped me figured out the way to get other different kind of check to make it work for me. Thank you for your help. Will definitely recommend this location.

When calling for smaller bills or coins, There is a woman who is very rude and short with me. On top of the fact when I’m asked how much and I specifically say whatever you can spare and she wants an amount anyway then proceeds to talk to me like who am to call and ask for so much money along with the most convenient times. Which that is fine, but I don’t like how I’m being spoken too as if it’s her money she’s dealing with. It should be YES by aim happy to help you however possible even if it’s not much.

Rude customer service... teller very rude! Needs personal skills training!

Tried to set up an appointment to look into switching banks and possibly refinance my vehicle and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Lady wouldn't even stop ordering lunch off the computer to talk with me. I'm actually thankful because my business and personal banking needs are going to be with Huntington now.

The bank is not the problem. The call center has very unprofessional young people employed when they answer the phone they are singing and laughing the US Bank customer service.nThey put me on hold for 12 minutes. To get back on the phone and tell me exactly what I told them. They claim to need another bit of time to call another service within the company then transfer me to another representative that is childish and immature took my information and then proceeded to place me on hold and then said they would give me another representative I was on the phone with them from 2:30 to 3:18 today is October 9th 2020 the representative did decided to sing name is Barb. She thought it was very funny.nLong story short transaction never did get completed still on the phone trying to get in touch with a manager left a message on Erica Walsh voicemail called a local branch to get assistance. This is not the first time that this has happened with the call center it continues to happen ever since Covid-19.nI also received a add of $50 for doing a survey on September 29,2020.
