Terrible bank. Will be switching. I made a deposit and they duplicated it so my account was in negative and my other auto pay stuff got cancelled. Issue after issue.
A one-star is too high for this place avoid at all possible
I've rarely seen unprofessional staff as the one in this location. At 20 min to 5 pm, I got there to open an account, and I was told that it is not possible because it takes 30 min to open my account. What I didn't understand it that there were 3 cashiers and 1 other banker who wasn't busy.nI think that the agents need to treat the customers, specially their future customers with care.nI'm really disappointed with this place.nDo not hesitate to contact me if more information is needed
