I was ignored and they took other customers ahead of me presumably because I was holding a bag wanting to make a return.nnThey have a sign to wait to be let in the store. I watched 10 customers exit. 5 minutes passed...another customer walked up to wait next to me and that is when I was finally granted entry. Another customer entered the line after me inside the store and she was helped before me.nIt was actually laughable the treatment I received. I had plans to do some shopping once my hands were freed up after making my return but after all the nonsense, I just left.
I went shopping for some new jeans yesterday and had such a good experience at this location! The two ladies working were so helpful and nice, but not too pushy or invasive while I was shopping with my mom. I found everything I wanted and they helped me order something online that wasn't available in the right size in-store. So friendly and accommodating and I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the great shopping experience!
Had the best experience. The staff cleans the dressing rooms after each person uses them. There was a remarkably talented fashion stylist named Jade who was incredibly attentive to our needs, made awesome recommendations and won our busy for the future.
