Boots I bought last week were a bad fit, no fault to anyone. I have weird feet. Kevin went beyond helping me out and getting exactly what I needed. Couldn't be more helpful.
Red wing shoes what can you say! they are certainly the best shoes you could ever buy. I love them they last a long time they fit well and they make me look good.
I had a wonderful experience at Red Wing the other day purchasing my first 2 pairs of iron rangers. Brant was incredibly knowledgeable and informative to all kinds of questions about fit, the manufacturing process, and the heritage of the company. The store was well-kept, very smooth fitting process and just an overall great shopping trip. Few places these days have the kind of expertise and customer care that this Red Wing store and Brant in particular offer. They carry more of the heritage brand than other nearby red wing stores. I highly recommend.
The salesman Brant took his time and I was fitted with 4 different boot styles and was able to find one that fit me comfortably. He was in no hurry and neither was I. I wanted to find a great pair of boots that would fit comfortably and we achieved that! Thanks!
I posted pics of my shoes and my coworkers shoes. The company I work with provides us with $130 to go with the boots so most of us wear them. The boots are not bad if you pick the right ones for your feet. I have had about 5 pairs and only 1 was unwearable. I developed a method of testing the boots before I buy. I walk around the store for 15 mins. Not great, not terrible.
