high price
Review from perceptive of a seller, not buyer: I took a huge tub of clothes no more than three years old to the location in westerville and they took none of it. Not only that, the store is run down and the employees were curt. I take the exact same tub to this location and they say a half hour so I come back in 40 minutes. She wasn’t ready and apologized profusely (I told her no need). When she was done, she tracked me down (in the clean, updated, bright store) to inform me. Of the tub that the westerville location wanted none of, they took maybe 5-10 things (I didn’t even look through it) and gave me $26. I will never go to the westerville location again.
The best plato's in the city. The only one I go to and I live 30mins from this location.
Take into consideration that the fitting rooms are closed due to covid. Other than that all good :)
I have not been to a plato closet in a long time. Me and my daughter both had mask on while we where there and we covering both our nose and mouth and I understand the concern of why the face mask must be worn but your people where absolutely the rudest people to the customer. If they didn't not have their mask to an exact we where all being attacked by your employees. One lady actually had her mask slip off because she was trying on a outfit and before she even had time to put it back up she was reminded to get the face mask on. Also if the face mask was not on to the exact inch we where also reminded to where the face mask had to be on the face. Will never go back to this plato again.
