I was there a few days ago to look around, I didn’t buy anything. I was waiting for my nail appointment. But I saw it was a pet store. I have a brown lab named Lola. Such cute things. I read a few bags of dog food. I’m definitely coming back to get new food for Lola. The ladies there are so nice. I shop at pet people. Definitely coming back! My experience at Hollywood Feed was fantastic except for my interaction with the store manager, Alissa. I am visiting from out of town and asked her questions about where to find certain products for my dogs while I am here. She was very rude, could not stay focused and led me in the wrong direction for what I needed. Luckily associate Maria heard everything and was there to save the day! She was very friendly, polite and eager to answer my questions. If it wasn't for her I don't know what I would have done. She is the reason this business if getting a 5 out of 5!
This is our favorite place to get food, treats and toys for our dogs. They have great quality products and a great return policy. And the staff is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable.
Our first time in was a great experience. We recently adopted a kitten and we had been looking for healthy food alternatives for her to try. Every staff member in the store talked with us about options and things they have tried with their own pets. No doubt that they care about animals here. We will be back!
