We visit Mutts & Co for grooming. We transferred to this location from Hilliard because Hilliard lost heir groomers. Although its a little farther drive, we're very happy with our grooming experience here so far. Everyone just loves our KD and she seems happy and comfortable with them. The groomers and other staff here are always friendly and helpful.
0 stars if I could...nnI paid to have my order sent UPS 2nd day air AM. My dog takes life saving cardiac medication and will only take them in a certain pill wrap. My order was not shipped on time and it wasn’t expedited as requested. Because of this, I had to try using other wraps and pockets. She has become suspicious and will now not take her medication. Anyone who has a pet, especially a sick one, knows how stressful it is.nnAfter inquiring, I received a call back from a woman who laughed it off and blamed UPS. When I called back, the same woman told me they don’t use that type of shipping-even though you can select and of course pay for it.nnTheir voice mail thanks everyone for supporting local businesses. Never again. Please find someone else. A quick google search will show there are many other retailers out there-local and otherwise. I usually order from onlynaturalpet.com and have never had a problem. In addition, their prices are better.
VERY disappointed with the grooming appointment my dog Teddi had on Tuesday with Ciera. First off, we were cancelled on last minute 2 separate times over the last 2 mos. due to illness. When I picked up my dog I found they only performed a portion of the service yet still charged me the full $35. They claimed they could not blow her dry because she was scared but I was able to take her right home and blow her dry with no issue at all. After she was dry, I could easily see they had trimmed her fur when I SPECIFICALLY asked them not to cut her hair at all. I suspect this is why they decided not to blow her fur out. She looks as if she received a very bad choppy haircut. She is Pomsky and trimming fur is not recommended at all for her breed. They also did not give her a holiday bow or bandanna which was to be included in the service. The assistant manager claimed they were out but I personally watched two golden retrievers come out of the spa with bandannas on. To add insult to injury, he asked me if I cared to leave a gratuity. I thought Mutts & Co. was a high-end pet store. The only positive thing I can say is that she smelled good. I would give less than 1 star of I could.
I have been a great patron here for over a year and will never step foot in this establishment again. There is horrendous customer service with their grooming department. They make you go through this app now and it only let you upload one vaccine. I get there after waiting two months for a grooming appointment, just to be turned away because the right vaccine wasn’t uploaded. It would have been great to receive a call and let me know this so I could have brought her shot records! You can pay for your services or merchandise but can’t schedule an appointment in store because of covid? What a joke!
Finally earning his keep!!nI love this location. The staff is friendly and helpful everytime I come in with all my questions and I love that there are food samples. (My stinkerdoodle is picky and it can get expensive buying full size bags just to try out!) I also appreciate the no judgement I get when I walk in with him covered in mud from the dog park!! ud83dudc3eud83dudc95
