I love PNC! This location in particular has excellent customer service (I asked about coin wrappers and they gave me a few free of charge)! Hannah, my Teller was expediant, yet thorough, and handled my deposit confidentially and cheerfully. This location is clean, bright, and has normal business hours during Covid-19. I look forward to returning!
We use this bank for business and I have not had a positive experience at all. Several employees in there every time I go in but no one can ever seem to answer my questions. Time and time again they try to help me but they get nowhere. I would not recommend this bank to anyone either business or personally. I don't usually leave poor reviews but this has been a terrible experience.
I used the drive through and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Waiting 15 minutes at drive through with one vehicle in front. Amazingly bad service.
