This bank is amazing! I walk through the door, everyone know me, the business, and my family. Did an SBA loan with them and it was perfect. Everyone is professional and friendly. Never had one issue with this bank. If you are a business owner, this is your new bank. Make the switch, it is a very smart business decision.

It would be my personal recommendation to steer clear. Check/recheck your disclosures before signing anything. I was quoted (in writing) a buy down to a 2.99% interest rate for $200. Come to find out, they LIED and it actually cost me $1,100+.nnNo reconciliation (as of yet) from bank managers.nnThe company has been very disorganized and poor communication from the start of the loan process. Nothing was explained to me, documents were never gone over (which is why I missed the $1,100 charge for the interest rate - which, they don't want to explain anything to you because they know they are cheating you), wiring instructions were given to me just hours before closing and I was asked several times for things (i.e. documents) that I had already provided to them. I could go on and on. . .I was told by one person that she would check in with me daily to provide status updates. Did that happen? Nope.nnI had to CONSTANTLY check-in to make sure they were doing their jobs. I am almost certain that if I wasn't so proactive, we would have never made it to the closing table - or, would have been much more delayed than what we already were.nnAwful, awful experience. Not to mention the loan processor told me he could close my loan in 2 weeks (we closed in 49+ days later). I don't close on homes everyday. How was I to know that he was lying? He wanted my business so he lied to get me to use this bank.nnQuestion everything that this bank says. If it doesn't feel right - go with your gut. This bank has caused me a lot of heartache over the last 49+ days.nnYou'll likely see a manager post next asking me to reach out to discuss this experience to save face. I'll be sure to update this posting if a resolution has been met. Based on my experience, they will never follow up.

Competitive and it offers slightly better CD rate than most banks.

I Purchased a 2017 Harley Davidson Tri glide motorcycle a few years ago and financed through Buckeye state bank. I since then have decided it was time to sell the motorcycle. I did this through an online company that purchases motorcycles boats etc. They began to ask me very difficult questions for me to answer as far as paperwork and such so I called the bank and talk to Brandi Corder. She began asking questions about the details of my situation and promptly gave me a few solutions. She then actually called the online buyer and helped walk them through what needed to be done to complete the deal. She went well over and above in a very professional and friendly manner of taking care of my situation. Employees like Brandi are the reason I will come back to Buckeye State Bank.
