I came to this location after unsuccessfully getting help at another to open a new account. Jason helped clarify what I needed and how to get the info needed. One of the things needed, I was having trouble finding. So he provided an alternative option, and offered to have me email in the documents and he did the rest. Best account opening experience I’ve had. Thank you!

I switched from First Commonwealth Bank a few months ago and I can say that I definitely like this bank so much more. My mom banks here too and she likes it as well. We haven't had any issues! I really like their overdraft policy where they give you 24 hours to fix it and the online HUB is really easy to use! I plan on staying with Huntington Bank for a long time!

From off the bat when greeted at the door I could tel the woman did not want to assist me although I made a appointment. She showed me into her office and asked what was going on. My bank account had been negative when I got my stimulus check so the stimulus check went to credit that negative balance. Understandable except in this new bill for the second round stimulus it was instructed that the stimulus must go to the people and not debts. I called into Huntington too many times to count so finally came into this bank to see what the issue was. After being there for a hour and the banker talking to the “back office” she just had a attitude and said there was nothing they could do. This is TOTALLY bull

Staff is rude and would not answer politely if you ask questions again. Because of Covid they would keep the door shut and on knocking wouldn't even come out to answer questions.

I will not be returning to this Huntington. I actually used to have a good experience here however...here lately their personalities have been very unpleasant. I manage a clothing store where I am responsible to submit deposits into the businesses main account. With the bank being closed on weekends I cannot take the next deposit until Monday. Which means... I’ll usually need to submit 3 deposits that day. This has never been an issue. However.. today I was very rudely turned away because apparently I had too many deposits. She did not give me an explanation as to why she wouldn’t process all 3 deposits tfor me. Just that “ummm I’m sorry but I can’t do all these deposits for you here you will have to come back and do these.” I came to the Huntington at Sawmill Sqaure and with no problem... they processed the deposits for me. I get that maybe it was a little frustrating to handle so much money at one time, but at the end of the day... it is my job to make sure my bosses get their money and I cannot jeopardize my job because someone does not want to do their job. It’s really unfortunate because I love some of the ladies that work at this location but... never again.
