Best service ever......
I work here personally and everyone is very welcoming with a warm smile and welcomes everyone in the store i might not be able to stay at this branch but i will miss everyones smiling face warmth and welcoming faces everyday i will never have one bad thing tho say about the staff and management at this branch great job everyone.
Super friendly and very courteous. I myself like interacting with real people nowsdays. I’m not in that big a hurry. Falguni Chauhan especially is always pleasant to chat with and never fails to acknowledge me when I stop in.
My husband and I had the worse experience at this branch. From the moment we walked in the manager was extremely rude and short with us. When my husband asked to speak to a manager she informed him she was the branch manager, and an employee Matt Hosken laughed. I found it extremely offensive that not only the manager conducted herself in the manner she did, but her employees found it humorous. Apparently at this location it’s ok to stereotype people and demean them based on the way they look. If you have tattoos, or are African American don’t even bother walking into this place, even if you have an account with Chase and have banked with them for years!
