Great staff, great deals, my dog likes it. I have been able to get walk-in appointments for nail trimming, makes me happy. I can stay where my dog can see me while it happens and I think he appreciates that. Love the bathing stations.
This was my 1st experience at this store.. the staff was very friendly knowable yet down to earth.. we got 2 parakeets and they told me the basic stuff we needed but did not have me buy a bunch of unneeded merchandise.. great experience for myself and my grandchildren.. thanks alot to all of you.
My favorite pet store. They recently underwent a big upgrade with a new bath area and wonderful grooming staff. Nicole groomed my pup and was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I go out of my way to come here. The VIP vet area is super nice and do vaccinations.
Customer service is excellent, Amy waited on me at check out. Very nice I was trying to find my coupon for 30% off. I couldn't find it and she tried to help me. I am 72 years old have trouble finding stuff on my phone. The gentleman in the aisle helped me with my cat litter of 38 lbs. I always go to this store. Please let them know how nice & helpful to all that come in there. Pam Van Kirk.
Remodeling still ...but you can find what you're looking for. Staff is always friendly.
