I had quite a lengthy experience at this location. I purchased a pair of women’s silversmith boots and to much dismay only a couple short weeks of wear noticed one of the heels had began separating. Naturally I took them back to inquire about the normalcy of that situation and was promptly ordered a replacement pair. In an effort to fix the pair that had already began the break-in process I inquired about repairing instead of replacing which was answered in agreement. Over the course of about two months the replacements came in, the first boots went out, and were then returned.nnDuring my initial visit my foot was measured on a machine and after trying on the first size, I questioned the toe space and opted for a half size up. Although my choices were validated and fit checked I now question that decision. I wish I would’ve asked more questions and felt more confident about what to expect with size/fit and break-in process. It’s such a small thing but makes all the difference.nnThough lengthy, overall I had a positive experience at this location and I would certainly say the nice gentleman at the store went above and beyond what I ever expected.

Although they are pricy, I believe it with ever penny. Good staff and definitely a place to go if you need work boots. I have a hard time with steel toes. Finding comfort and safety is not easy. Here I found both.

We had a really fantastic experience shopping here. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful oh, and I have a great selection of Red Wing boots including a good selection of the Heritage line!

This store is awesome! They scanned my feet and got the best soles for me and they are extremely comfortable and are very durable boots!
