I have been going to this store since they opened. I’ve since moved, but make time to come to THIS location for my pets needs. Everyone is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!! The store is clean and well stocked. You don’t get much better than this!
Do not recommend taking your dog here. This store is incredibly small and cramped, every turn you are running into somebody and their dog, the aisles are not wide enough for two people and their dogs to pass each other. I was in this weekend for the first time (l used to go to the store on Tylersville near 75 but they closed that one, it had plenty of room) and I do not think I’ll be back, I’m sure they had what I was looking for but I was unable to get to that part of the store because there was no room. This is also right next to a Kroger meaning the parking lot is very busy, another reason not to bring your dog.
Best staff and customer service. Take our Danes here for all of their doggy needs. From food and treats, to collars, harnesses, toys, and baths. One stop pup-shop.
Love this place! Never been to one before and the washing experience went great. I have always feared this with my dog and how he would react, but this experience was very easy. Cost is reasonable and everything is right where you need it. I wore dress clothes and didn't get anything dirty or wet that I didn't want to. The shopping experience was very easy and we found exactly what we were looking for. Staff was friendly and I would definitely come back.
I walked in their at 7:40 pm on janurary 14th,2020 and I came in and there are two people in their without masks on and the employees said NOTHING to them and there was also an officer in there and he said NOTHING.
