Just did my first online pick up. This Pet People store has exceptional customer service. They are not only helpful but extremely kind. They brought product out to the car and loaded it quickly. Product was package nicely with a ribbon and some dog treats inside.. what a special touch. You now have another loyal customer. Thank you

This place is great I get My dogs food there have been for years. This location has the wrong hours on line.. the close thirty mins early than their hours say..

Great place for quality pet products. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product line. Quick and easy to get in and out.

They are always friendly and go above and beyond to help with every detail of your visit. However, this location is now closed. The website still has business hours listed unfortunately. I found out by going there and having someone ask me if I could read the sign in the window. What a shame.

I was here a few weeks back. I came in with a glowing recommendation from a friend. I am a first time dog parent and I have a brand new golden retriever puppy. I was told by my friend who shops here that I would be helped and treated very well. Well when I first walked in no one greeted me. After browsing for a minute I saw an employee working on an endcap. Her name was Kathleen. I approached her and she immediately told me she was too busy to help as there were other customers in the store she was helping and she was the only one working. (She was literally working on an endcap) I Looked around and it was me and one other person shopping. She was to focused on her endcap. I continued to shop around. I got several items and walked up to the counter to check out. I waited a moment and Kathleen never appeared. Finally she came to the front and told me that “I should have said something.” I told her that she should have stopped working on the endcap and helped me. She grumbled and asked if I was ready to be checked out. I left all my stuff and walked out. I could have been a lifetime customer. I will never shop here again and I will be telling my friends too. Get rid of that sales associate Kathleen. She clearly doesn’t care about her job.
