TGI Fridays

At the moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you an excellent feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a good place to to go out with buddies or with your date. heavenly food, skillful chief cook and stuff, competitive price and nice service. Warmly recommended.

Amazing good service

Note, restaurant was not crowded at all during our visit.nnTook nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged by any member of the staff.nnWe were sat right across from another party (3 feet max.)nnThe guest next to us decided it would be a great idea to play videos on his phone at the loudest volume possible.nnAnother 10 minutes after being sat we were finally greeted by our waitress.nnI have yet to receive my meal, but figured this was already disastrous enough that it earned the 1 star even if the food is incredible.nnWill never visit this location again!!!

Horrible for the uncooked chicken wings not upset just making u aware of the awful wings who the cook considerate it was done to her perfection. Yuck!!!!!! Let's get it right .

Staff was excellent - I will say our takeout order was missing two sides, but given that we're in a pandemic and our order was large it wasn't that big of a deal overall and we never brought it up. I'm sure they would have offered a solution but again, it was petty and we had plenty of food so I ignored it. However, the employee that assisted me was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help. It was pouring rain right after I stepped inside to pickup the order and the staff member helping me had me run out to the car and pull it up so he could carry the bags and drinks through the rain to my parked car at the curb. Also - we got a free iced tea to balance out the beverage carrier.nnMy problem is only with the food quality. In the past I've only ever had their appetizers or burgers, which were always fine. Today we had chicken, ribs, fish & chips and two different pasta dishes as well mozzarella sticks and we were shockingly underwhelmed at the quality. Ribs and Chicken wings (bone-in) were overcooked, dry and lacking flavor. Fettuccini Alfredo was dull and not appetizing. Fish & Chips was actually the best we had, and the fish was probably a solid 5/10. The chicken fingers were fine. French fries were soggy and unevenly seasoned (could have been soggy from steaming in a take out container for ~20 minutes). Onion rings were the most disappointing I've ever had, no seasoning and very little onion inside a largely battered air-circle (again soggy but could be a result of travel). Lastly, the mozzarella sticks are not like they used to be. They are fatter and breading tastes different than I remember (some might like this?)nnCould have been a one-time thing, or maybe this is the new normal and I'm getting old. Regardless, not sure I'm going to order dinner for the family from here again.
