At closing I was told one thing, 15 years I was told I should have read the fine print.
Absolutely the most rude, inconsiderate employees. Couldn't be bothered to be kind to a women with a husband on his death bed, and of course it would be to much for the women in charge of mortgage accounts to actually return a widows phone call. They obviously don't care about anyone but themselves.
I thought the Franklin branch was bad, this branch is now the worst. Avoid it if you can
