Every time I went there, the staff was always friendly and helpful. They had a wide array of shoes and sneakers for adults. I usually look online to see what the availability is before showing up.
Low discount prices on name brands , good coupons!
I work at a DSW in Canada. I was on a road trip and staying in Kingston when I saw DSW so of course I wanted to go in and see it. When I entered , 3 associates were behind the cash chatting . Didn't even acknowledge me. As I walked up an aisle, I noticed boxes on the floor . I proceeded to look around, and not once did an associate approach me. I was disgusted so I decided to leave. They were still behind the cash chatting and gave me no notice at all . Btw, there were other customers in the store as well. That behaviour would never fly at my store.
Not much in the way of selection, but I suspect that has more to do with a problematic supply chain.
good selection...if you are looking for variety and choice. this will give you more options to choose from rather than the few choices locally in men's and woman's fashion as it pertains to shoes. expect to pay a little bit more for the quality and the variety. I give it 3 stars because of the prices. I am happy with the choices and selection but not with the seemingly elevated prices.
