Great store. I hope they never close. Right now they are the only real shoe store in Ithaca...or Lansing. Excellent selection and very fair prices. I am always happy with the sneakers I have bought from. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. A great shoe store.
Great customer service. The staff is well versed in shoes and fittings. If they dont happen to have what your looking for they are able to direct you to either their website or store transfer what you need.
A good shoe store with plenty of variety, helpful staff, plenty of parking. A stalwart as our mall slowly empties. It's good to have a non-virtual store where I can try on shoes and don't have to fight for a place to park. Mostly casual, lots of options.
Good collection to choose from. Easy checkout. Not crowded. Great customer service. Useful to have some spare time to make the best selection.
Went here yesterday and had by far the best experience. A tall gentleman with glasses, who unfortunately wasn't wearing a name tag, deserves a bonus check. He was very attentive to my mom and I. He knew every detail about all the sneakers we were looking at. He was very helpful. Went out of his way to find us a shoe in our hometown. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this store.
