Great service...purchased Taos sandals on sale. I also have taken several pairs of shoes (purchased online) to be stretched a bit wider, which is a great service! Made them just perfect!
So-so customer service. A very unfriendly atmosphere. They used to have the best quality leather selection in Ithaca but they're limited at their new location and I'm not even sure it's worth the trip.
The staff is unfriendly and not helpful if you have questions or need help while looking at shoes. I've been in there a number of times and purchased several pair of shoes from them, always the same poor, off putting service. I had a pair of shoes that I purchased there which needed a repair. There were some choices. I picked one, which the women acknowledged. When I picked up, they had done something completely different. When I tried to point out that a mistake had been made and could they fix it, the women got angry, made a scene & refused to make it right. They insisted that I pay a price for the work they did, rather that what I ordered. It was expensive. After only a few weeks, the repair came apart. I will not shop there anymore, or use repair service. There are other choices.
