Buffalo Wild Wings

Lori, manager at West Windsor NJ location, graciously offered a small gift certificate when all the veggies and most of the dips in our take out order were forgotten. Appreciated the gesture of good customer service.nnThis location seems to need another employee or two as it’s been very busy the two times I’ve ordered over the phone. Even so, the employees are gracious and helpful.

Came here with our family after visiting in Florida a few weeks prior. They had these cauliflower wings that were amazing so we wanted to go again and bring the kids.nWe were told we have to use our phone to access the menu, accept I dont have one and my wife's phone wouldn't load whatever it was trying to. So then they had to get us a menu. We got one menu for four people. While ordering we wanted an app for the table then an app to share with our meals since our kids wanted wings only. We were then told that all of our food comes out when its ready and at separate times. My wife's food came out firstnBefore our kids. My wife waited for our kids to be served and our appetizer because she refuses to eat while everyone else is hungry...ESPECIALLY OUR CHILDREN. can you imagine, a mother eating in front of her hungry children?? By the time all of us were served, my wife's food was cold. We didn't get our one app which the waiter explained he must've misunderstood. The staff were nice enough but we have been to many different locations in this state and others and this will be the first and last time we come to this one. It was not worth the 70 dollars we spent. We will travel a little farther for a more properly run restaurant.

Not the best experience. Over priced. I've had better for the money. Ordered appetizers they came out then 2 minutes later the entrees came out. Give me time to eat my appetizers before bringing my meal. I like my food hot not sitting.nI won't go back and suggest you don't waste your money.

Our waiter was great. We weren't sure what flavor wings we wanted and he offered to bring out a few samples. Glad he offered that because we found we didn't really like one of the flavors and that would have been a waste of a good wing!

Went in to check out the new place - pretty awesome service I must say. Ordered online and was told an hour for my food, understandable as they just opened. I actually saw the Ryan, that Connor mentioned in his poor review - and she was pretty awesome. Got me my order earlier than anticipated and was just overall pleasant! Nice job to the new place being so crazy busy and packed with take out orders!
