Don’t go to this Bank of America!! I opened a Bank of America bank account for my small business.My account has been open in 5 mins tops without giving me much informations. They put the wrong name on the account, as well as a wrong billing address for my credit card, which later put me in trouble with my business needs. I had to go to the other Bank of America in Kingston (very great service nothing compare to this one) and spent hours on the customer service to fix it.

I understand how waiting in line goes when there's only one teller available. But to have an associate come and ask if there's anything he could do to help, and then say how the teller available( Maria-excellent btw) will be with me in one moment ,I don't understand anymore. Ask me something else in that case, if you must make small talk with your customers. So ridiculous it made me laugh !
Bad directions. Coming from 209, make a right early, as if you are going to Burlington Coat Factory, then turn left but stay right to come around from behind.
Terrible terrible service here. They have no idea what they are doing. Always such a hassle to come here. I always regret coming here. I will be switching banks very soon!
