I went into the Morton Blvd branch, needing some help with my phone app. Patty was so kind enough to have Javier come out and assisted me. He was so helpful making sure that my app was set up, and working the way I wanted it too. I’m so happy to know that there’s still people out there that’s willing to help other people out.

I want to thank Theresa Higgins - again - for helping me out yesterday.nI found out a few days ago that my debit card number had somehow been hacked, and there were about 20 fraudulent charges posted to it. I was EXTREMELY anxious that I wouldn't be able to correct the situation - canceling the card would stop further charges, but undoing the mess that had already been done might be harder.nTheresa was so helpful - knew how to undo the false charges, was very supportive and reassuring, and took the time to completely take care of the problem. By the time I left the bank I was relieved and EXTREMELY grateful to her for taking care of me.nThank you Theresa!

Wow !!! I’m so shocked I’m even writing this .. Theresa and Patty went above and beyond to help me out with my accounts.. I was feeling a little hesitation going in but I’m happy I did. Not only did they both listen to my concerns but they found a solution to my problem in less than 20 minutes. I will forever remain a customer here even if I leave New York. You never know what your day will turn out to be .. I had an appointment with A young man in the CC department and everything went down him I wasn’t feed enough information and I knew that he was just new on the job.. ( how about training your staff before you print their name on a business card and give him a office.. I think that’s why his head swell so big .. not to mention his steering attitude.nBut when you follow your instincts and Call for a professional and it was THERESA to the rescue what a lovely lady in two seconds I got more information from her than the 3 days I had with that young guy .nTheresa goes above and beyond to help me with poise and grace this .. bank wouldn’t be the same without her .. I hope she gets more wall space for more congratulations achievement ahead.nI cannot day enough about her Thank you so much Theresa and continue to work with your heart of gold and compassion God bless you and Thanks a million

I would like to highly recommend Theresa Higgins for any and all your questions about inquiring about a signiture loan with the MHVFCU. When I walked in her office we exchanged information in just a very short while. We set up an appointment by phone exchanged a few documents through e-mail. Mrs. Higgins was a total professional, Knowledgeable,Courteous,Prompt,Attentive, and was able to get the job done. I would never hesitate to again walk into her office to conduct business in the future. You should not either..
